Release Notes for 13th March 2020 0.55.6b Changelog [Fixes] – Fixed AI Commanders from sending vehicles to non accessible areas.
I thought I would share this great trailer (made by
If you have not seen “The Mandolorian”, I highly recommend it for anyone, but especially for those who are fans of classic Spaghetti Westerns. Some of the earliest memories I have are of old theaters in the late 1970’s watching a replay of “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” starring Clint Eastwood, Eli Wallach, and Lee Van Cliff. This particular fan made trailer certainly stirs up those early memories.
As to “The Mandolorian” series itself, while certainly not perfect, it does the job of story telling justice, by creating a myriad of interesting characters we can follow, root for, and care about. From the main character, to the supporting cast we see a natural, clear story progression told in a very compelling and clear way. Something that the new Star Wars movies lacked by comparison. This is clearly a step in the right direction, and I hope that this trend continues throughout the next season.
I plan on writing a more comprehensive review on the series, but in the mean time this video is certainly worth seeing.
As YouTube moves past the era of promoting the “you” and into more corporate driven agendas. It seems like de-platforming and censorship are the what the “in” terms are for Google and YouTube. In this video TheQuartering talks about how YouTube is actively promoting censorship of viable alternative platforms such as LBRY.com, Bitchute.com and DailyMotion.
The alternatives although not a threat to YouTube currently – are growing, (albeit slowly) but still expanding each and every day in the wake of these mass censorship events by companies like Google, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
In this video we see a drive to push content creators to publish to growing alternatives, and I agree. It is content creators who can push these decentralized tools over the edge into the mainstream. So if you happen upon this article, I urge you to not stop using YouTube, but to also use these alternatives to put them on a more even keel with their larger counterparts.
I will be posting a full article on these alternatives so it can be used as a reference for anyone who needs such information. In this age of curtailing information – it is our duty as independent creators to put readers and viewers in the know of such information, as there are some who would prevent its very dissemination.
For now I would also like to recommend – Minds.com, Gab.com, Pocketnet.app as these are fully decentralized content sharing alternatives. Be on the lookout for the next few articles which will go a bit more in-depth into each of these tools.
There is a lot of division when it comes to the new upcoming release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and this is due largely to the strange direction Director J. J. Abrams has decided to take this film.
I do agree that if the aforementioned leaks mentioned in this video are true, it will certainly not only serve to create division but also alienate old fans of the franchise completely. In my opinion it is a shame that the these three films will not be able to encapsulate the essence of what Star Wars could really be.
This brings the entire franchise into question, will they be able to recover from this failure and bring the franchise into full balance with core fans, or will they relegate their films into propaganda machines.
I for one, hope that Disney will start looking as Star Wars for what Star Wars was, a universe filled with great stories and great characters.
Yet another YouTube rewind that outshines YouTube’s own content.
I have to say this will probably be better than YouTube’s 2019 Rewind.
Edit: never mind it was better.
If you own this game on steam you may be running into issues launching it, as the underlying DRM for this particular title is no longer working properly. Unfortunately although Disney has been contacted about the issue, the only real response from them has been a canned response:
Thankfully due to some helpful users on the Steam forums (https://steamcommunity.com/app/315440/discussions/0/2733047810439073181/?ctp=3) there is a way to get the game working properly once more. A very helpful user by the name of P4R4D0X, pointed out that there is external software that works around this issue. The software is called 80_PA, which can be found on the following website:
https://exelab.ru/f/index.php?action=vthread&forum=13&topic=19719&page=0. The actual software can be downloaded through the same forum post, just look for a mega link or their respective mirror links on the above linked post.
PLEASE NOTE: This fix seems to work for Steam issued licenses, if your license was attained via an alternate method/store it may not work. Please keep this in mind – results may vary.
SecuROM now provides an unlock website which should be the first thing you attempt to get the unlock code:
If you have a valid license try this first as it does not require you to run an external KeyGen for the code. If you still need the other activation method then please read on.
The website where the solution was posted does not exist any more, if you need to download 80_PA download it from this link on Mega (https://mega.nz/file/7vAzCaIZ#ihYlQJh9HqjmXpzk_FbDaJOlJjE1u1G15FNIIpTVonA).
Within this package you will find the following files:
Under 80_PA Readme you will find a README file, this file contains the hash for the software so it’s validity can verified.
The next file you will need to open is the 80_PA.exe file. This is used as you are running the game and have the manual activation from SecureRom running.
Your system should generate the HWID automatically.
Ensure to have “Tron: Evolution” selected:
Once both options for KEY and HWID are listed green you can then click on Generate Unlock Code
Once the above process is complete, the code should be generated and can be copied to your clipboard.
On the manual SecureRom unlock screen for the game, paste the code that was generated,
If everything went through correctly you should have a successful activation.
If you need assistance there are a couple of videos on YouTube which can help with the process (watch them from beginning to end to get a gist of how the process works):
Взлом SecuROM-игр с помощью 80_PA
This method does actually work as you can see from the following video:
A personal thanks to P4R4D0X for providing the information necessary to get the issue fixed, he was incredibly informative and helpful during this process, and to ExeLab directly as it is their software which is providing the actual workaround to fix to this issue.
Understandably not everyone is comfortable with running external programs to get this fixed. For those users I would recommend them to get in touch with Disney support directly:
Now Disney is a large company and you may not get a lot of traction, but at least they’ll be aware of the issue.
You also have to remember that Denuvo/SecureRom are external DRM elements as well so if these are hindering you from using your licensed software then in my opinion you should be able to look for other viable ways to be able to utilize it.
